Canestia, chocolate and dried fruit cake
Preparation: 20 minutes
Rest: 2 hours minimum

Ingredients (10 people)
- 200 g of canestia
- 350 g of dried fruits (your choice: hazelnuts, flaked almonds, unsalted pistachios, pecans, dried fruits, etc.)
- 125 g of butter
- 200 g of melting chocolate
- 100 g of milk chocolate for the topping
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- sour cream

Preparation
Mix the biscuits to reduce them to powder.
Add the honey and dried fruits.
Melt the melting chocolate with the butter, then add the cookie mixture.
Spread in a dish and pack well.
Melt the milk chocolate with a little crème fraîche and cover the cake with this mixture.
Place everything in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
